Ingredients
500 gms Paneer cubes
1 large green bell pepper diced
1 large red bell pepper diced
1 large yellow bell pepper diced
1 large tomato halved & diced ( don’t use the pulp)
Baby onions
For marinade
1 cup thick cream
1 cup hung curd
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt
1 tsp turmeric power
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp tandoori chicken masala
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp amchoor powder
Method
Mix all the ingredients of marinate well.
Add the veggies in it n let it stay for couple of hours
Place the veggies in a skewers n barbecue it.
