Benefits of Potatoes and Potato Nutrition

Ingredients
1 medium size potato
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano or any dry herbs
1 tsp of chilli flakes
salt to taste
Method
- Finely slice the potato but make sure u don’t cut till the end.
- Drizzle olive oil over the potato, sprinkle salt, oregano or dry herbs & chilli flakes over it.
- Cook it in microwave for 6 minutes.
- Serve it as an instant snack.
