CHICKEN/PANEER MARINATED IN SOY SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
1/2 boneless chicken or
250 gms Paneer cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Vegetables:
1 onion sliced
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 yellow bell pepper sliced
1 green bell pepper sliced
1 small zucchini sliced
1 carrot sliced
2-3 spring onions finely sliced for garnishing
For sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
Half cup water
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 green chilli chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornflour
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients of a sauce in deep bowl & add all the veggies & Chicken or Paneer in the sauce for marination. Let it stay for 30 minutes.
Remove all the veggies & chicken or paneer out from the sauce in a separate bowl.
Heat the olive oil in a wok & stir fry the veggies & chicken or paneer on high flame. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add chilli sauce & the left over marinated sauce. Keep stirring constantly till the sauce gets thicker.
Garnish it with spring onions & serve hot with steam rice.
